Hale with Thomasii began with a single reformer in a sun-lit room and one belief: that strength is built quietly, deliberately, and with deep attention to the body. What started as private sessions for a small circle of friends has grown into a beloved Berlin practice — and a community that practises with me every week.
I named the studio "Hale" — an old word meaning healthy, whole, vigorous — because that's the feeling I want every client to leave with.

Thomasii is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor with a teaching style that blends classical and contemporary methods — technical, warm, and deeply human. Now based in Berlin, she works with clients across solo reformer sessions, public events, and private celebrations.
Her approach is shaped by years of working alongside dancers, post-natal mothers, and rehabilitation clients — an experience that grounded her belief that great Pilates is, above all, attentive Pilates. She personally teaches every solo session and curates every event.
